   • We'll work together to determine the site map, design approach, features (like contact forms, maps, videos), and parts you wish to maintain yourself. These elements shape the future website specs that will define the plan, and therefore the price.
   • Once the plan selected is agreed upon, you'll initiate the project with the signature of the contract and the first monthly payment.
2. Once 1st payment is made

   • Provide us with your content, like logos, brand guidelines, and proofread texts.
   • We'll design your website and present the layout using tools like Figma. Note that up to two design revisions are included, with more available at an additional cost.
3. Once design is 100% approved

   • After finalizing the design, we'll specify the text requirements for each section.
   • Development begins, followed by presenting the first draft for adjustments and refinements.
4. Once website draft is approved

   • We'll specify the required image sizes for you to prepare and send in suitable formats (preferably SVG or full HD).
5. Once site is ready

   • Upon receiving all texts and images, we proceed to launch.
   • The site is then optimized for speed, SEO, etc., ensuring it's ready for your audience.

Backups (source code, database, files) are available after 18 consecutive months of payments following the contract launch or a website revamp, or upon paying the remaining amount to reach 18 months since the last launch or revamp.
